Our roots reach deep into the history of progressive education and into our community. Our school was founded by a group of parents and teachers who came together when the Prospect School closed it doors in 1991.
We are a small school, but that is what makes each child's experience so big. We can give attention to each child. We can vary pace and rhythm for individuals. We can observe each person closely to understand individual needs, strengths, and their ways of learning about the world.
